I am due to retire from work . I have been on sick leave since February '17 but have been receiving my Salary in full since then. I was 65 in April'17 and my works Pension has been paid at the beginning of each month as usual.I have now decided to retire and have come to an amicable agreement with my company, and they are prepared to pay me 3 months wages in lieu of notice. I am not being made redundant as my position will be filled .
HR. Dept are not certain if my pension will be paid for the 3 months notice. Can you advise please?

Only they can answer that. I can see no reason why the pension would be affected but ultimately it depends on the terms of your pension scheme and your "amicable agreement".0
