Cancelling PPI and claiming when the credit card has changed company

Hi,
Does anyone know how I claim for PPI when the company has changed? I have a credit card with TSB and it has PPI still being taken every month. I had no idea until now and I think this was originally set up when I took the card out in 2005 which was with Lloyds TSB at the time. I don't have any paperwork of the original PPI set up.
Do I claim from both companies or just the original? Is it easy to cancel the PPI being taken at the minute?
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!

When you make a complaint re mis sell, the PPI is automatically cancelled.
You need the card number and reasons for mis sell.0 -
