HSBC Credit Card issued by Bank Of Montreal ?

Okay this is pretty odd, so I am hoping someone who know a bit better can advise.
My HSBC Credit card begins 519958, now every BIN checker I have tried says its issued by Bank Of Montreal ?.
I know some online BIN Checkers could be out of date, but everyone I have tried says the same thing !.
I am sure that HSBC would issue their own cards ?.
