It's really not difficult:

CAB - Report to Trading Standards

Ignore the bit that says "Calls to the helpline cost up to 9p per minute from a landline".
It's simply not true.
Calls to '03' numbers cost exactly the same as '01' and '02' numbers from all UK telephone systems.

Hi all,
I believe you are not a last one who got trapped under speculative threat.
Below is a contact number of the company based in Philippines but have an office in England.
I manged after several trials to contact +44( 0)8007789088. after about 15 minutes I spoke about my order which I have not even received but was charged immediately. you can send an email to which is apparently their customer service email and also request ticket for customer services . Because I am new I cannot post the link which worked for me but it is available on request.
My advice try all three options, take print screen as you go and that will be enough evidence to your bank to stop intrusive DD form mentioned company. When I asked for their address she insisted me to call again and did not gave any address in UK. so i am going with my evidence to my bank and fight those marketing thieves..
