Thailand and Vietnam, as someone else said. The north of Vietnam may be too cool though. Ho Chi Minh area would be nice and warm. We've been in January before, was really good.

Flew from a hot and balmy Bangkok to Hanoi on 10 February this year. It was 6 celsius when we arrived in Hanoi at 2000. The following morning it was colder, and that was the trend for the next few days. It did get pleasantly warm by about 1030, but not the sort of warm that the OP's looking for.

We then flew to Quy Nhon, south of Hoi An, and it was very warm.
