Travel dates between Jan 25th 2018 and March 25th 2018
Flights from UK airport TBC to Jamaica airport TBC
Prize is for up to 2 people
Hotel accommodation will be provided for 4 nights
Trip will include complimentary passes for the Appleton Estate Rum Experience for up to 2 people (including transfer to and from hotel)
All other expenses and transfers will be incurred by the winner

Yep, their comps have issues but they refuse to do anything. It can't be all our settings. (I appreciate some do go through). They must have seen a drop in entries though?!Thank you to everyone who posts comps! :A

Three days ago, after following all the various ideas of filling forms manually, waiting for number codes only etc. and none working after a dozen or more tries, I told them to stop saying their IT reported no problems, and fix the thing before they lost hundreds of customers. I got a reply yesterday including this:-
".......I'm afraid there have been technical errors with our website recently relating to a number of competitions. Our technical team are aware of these issues and working on a fix. I can assure you that we are taking these issues seriously and I'm sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this causes. "
This was their first admission that it was their fault after all, something they should have tackled weeks/months ago.
Since then I've managed to enter 3 comps first time, so hopefully they've corrected the glitch.0 -
