hi trying to change my mums energy supplier require one that will accept phone or post readings communication etc as no access to online and that is a good rate currently with sainsburys.

By phone I think all of them; by post ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

as said, most will accept meter readings by phone, if you have a smart phone most have an app.0 -

Or if you have online access you could set up a new gmail address for her and you manage the account online.0
