To help make sure the sticky thread doesn't give out wrong information, can I please ask that try and be more specific on where exactly you saw 'Annex A' and '14 days' on the sticky thread?
The word 'annex' isn't in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread as far as I can see, although it could be in one of the links mentioned from it.
Similarly for '14 days' in the context of LBC response time.0 -
