Security warning issues android tablet

I continually get this message on most sites now, almost unable to use nexus 7 tablet 2013.

If I do a factory reset will it stop this problem?
Will I lose my photos?
My android mobile uses same WiFi hub doesn't present with this issue.
Can anyone advise me please? Thanks.

    Because its a chrome thing ;)

    Clear history, cookies and cached files.

    go to settings=>privacy=>clear browsing data
    tick all the boxes and then click "clear browsing data"

    If you still get the message, then either clear the data and cache from application settings or remove chrome and download the latest version

    Vanilla android just means that it is pure android and not a fork by Samsung et al

    Is the date and time set correctly on the device ?
