Barclaycard Travel - Cash Limit

I cannot get an intelligible answer from them about what the "cash limit" means.

I understand the daily cash withdrawal limit but when does the overall £1500 (in my case) cash limit get "reset" so that, once I've hit £1500, I can withdraw again?

For example, it may be that I withdraw cash early, pay off my bill early, and am then free to withdraw again.

Alternatively, the limit may apply per statement period - eg I cannot withdraw more cash until my statement has been issued. This makes less sense to me, but is still a possibility.

Does anyone know for sure?

Also, they say they can review my credit limit in 6 months. I'm hoping I can speed that up by sacrificing some of the credit limit from my other credit card onto this one. Are cash limits a proportion of credit limit, or a fixed absolute amount?

Its a rolling balance, so if you have a balance of £500 and the following day its £0 you can then withdraw the cash limit
