After checking through numerous time, I've finally submitted before tomorrows deadline.


I've also emailed a PDF across to the email address.

My claim history has now been updated stating claims has been acknowledged and a defence statement now submitted.


I'll read up tonight on the next stage on how to complete the DQ and who to send that to.

I've submitted the DQ and have received acknowledgement in the post from the courts stating they will be in touch.

Up to your local court. No idea
Your next biggie will be to write at least one Witness Statement. THat is a series of facts, not an argument. DOZENS for you to look over to see the tone.

Gather any evidence you will need for a Witness Statement. You can use Subject Access Requests for that or you can research here for the same site. Often the parking site has a number of threads / claims related to it so there may be what you need here.
