hi there find it strange why u cant use our card nearly everywhere, and ive never heard the bit about how they dnt auth it bit, anyways its debit card which means any machine will auth the amount at that point in time n the amnt wil be deducted frm ur account instantly

im a new a n l customer i have a visa debit card witout the cheque guarantee which im not really too bothered about,
my card starts with 4659 and ive used it online ive used it petrol stations u name it ive used it on and it works perfectly fine as long as theres money in the bank it wil auth anywhere......its definetly your card if it doesnt work,,,and i dont knw wat excuses your hearing frm ur bank but u definetly need a replacment, juss say u lost ur wallet, cancel ur existing card and order a new 1..
