Hello,

Just wanted some advice on whether this is priced accordingly - I am based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

Re: Main mono pitched roof

-Lay all necessary light weight timber sheets and tarpaulins to ground floor flat roof and adjoining mono pitched tile roofs including roof over no10 front bay window.

-Erect mobile tower scaffold and all necessary ladder access to main mono pitched roof slope as per HSE working at height guidelines.

-Carefully remove mono ridge to top of roof and all tiles from top eaves down to top of Velux roof light above stair well and set all good tiles aside for reuse.

Remove defective felt and timber battens to area and remove from site. De-nail rafters and sweep clean loft void.

-Cover roof with new BBA approved BS747 breather membrane, ensure minimum 100mm head laps including over existing felt around Velux with maximum 10mm drape below rafters.

-Fix new graded timber battens to roof at matching gauges and nail fix to every rafter with 65mm galvanised nails.

-Relay all tiles and half tiles to roof, ensure correct overhang and verge ends and mortar bed all tiles over new fibre cement under cloaks.

-Re-bed existing mono ridge tiles at top edge over a 3+1 mortar bed and leave to a level and neat pointed finish.

-Repair damaged tiles around Velux (see photos) with matching tiles.

COST £2,136.00 (this comes with a 5 year written company guarantee)
