    Now at 14 days after the letter was issued, so could be £100 worse off if it doesn't work. Having visions of debt collectors on doorstep *stressed*!:eek:

    Errrm...it's Smart Parking for the love of God! You will pay nothing, the 14 days is never relevant to a person who appeals, so stop stressing. The keeper is NOT liable so the keeper will win at POPLA as long as she doesn't tell them who was driving.

    It's that simple.
