do not pay ......... You are a long way off that

Errrm...it's Smart Parking for the love of God! You will pay nothing, the 14 days is never relevant to a person who appeals, so stop stressing. The keeper is NOT liable so the keeper will win at POPLA as long as she doesn't tell them who was driving.
