Do you have a combi boiler, with the controls integrated into the boiler, or do you have an old fashioned system with a separate controller away from the boiler?
If it's a separate, then what is your current control system called?

As above and also a photo of control panel wold help us to identify it.
  • I have an old back burner. Here is a pic of old control panel. The old one is a salus model no: ep200
  • Sorry I'm not sure how to upload a pic, I'm new here lol
  • If you want to just change like for like then you could swap it yourself without too much trouble just buy another salus ep200

and remember to isolate the boiler from the mains....
  • They don't make them anymore, I should have put that in original thread. The should have asked aswell if I can put a different one on there
  • I would guess the new version of the salus will fit the same back plate but to be bony the salus controls aren't very good. You could just swap the back plate and fit any controls you like.
  • Thank you. So it easy as just getting a new one putting it on and it will all work yeah lol
  • Nothing to difficult, the salus back plate will have live, neutral and earth and then probably 3 control cables CH ON, HW ON and HW OFF. You would just need to match up the correct cables. Pick the controls you want and I can tell which will go where.
