Does anyone who has ever made a PBA complaint to RBS have any idea how long they take?

Isn't it 8 weeks to resolution or deadlock letter, as with all complaints?0 -

Strength/validity of case, quantity and quality of supporting documentation, time since alleged misselling, workload within bank team, clarity of complaint, amount of investigation of allegations needed, validation of (lack of) use of benefits, etc, etc - I could be wrong but doubt if the bank involved is as significant a factor as some or all of the above.redditrabbit wrote: »

Anecdotally, from various previous threads on here (not specifically RBS ones), some claims are resolved practically instantly whereas others drag on for months, so if you're seeking some sort of meaningful average on a per-bank basis then I doubt you'll find it!0 -
How rude you are when you submit your complaint.redditrabbit wrote: »On........?0 -

Having used the Resolver email template, not very.
However you appear to be a dab hand on this subject, so I will leave it to you to make the judgement.0 -
