OK OH has been having problems with his PC recently. Now been repaired and basic OS, Office etc reinstalled but not the rest of the software. He has just realised it had a copy of Corel-Draw which he upgraded around three years ago, online. He has been using it for a long time and it is some years since he needed a disk to do this, he just supplied his user number and paid the upgrade fee. Now he needs to reinstall it, and the original installation disk is years out of date.
What happens when you are running upgraded software and have to replace your pc but no longer have an installation disk for the original software, or it is out of date?

You contact the company who you pay the upgrade fee to ..who should provide you with a link to download the media

Another case of ' oh dear I now wish I had backed up'?
Would have resolved this, like many other issues, easily!

Yes but in case of OH you can take a horse to water etc.....
only problem is there has been another release since he purchased the last upgrade and they may not want to sell him an earlier version.....0 -
If you have a license key then try ebay etc for a copy .0

They are not selling him anything.
They are providing installation media for software that they already license to you
Just call them, they will provide it.
Just for info, a backup would have been no use for this circumstance.
You cant back up installed programs, you still need the installation media (unless you clone the disk)0 -
Which version? http://www.coreldraw.com/en/pages/history/0
