Extra Energy The worst people to do business with

yet another customer pursued for an invoice that Extra Energy accept was paid, yet sent to CRS debt collection. Ten phone calls, numerous emails and over a month of harassment. Of course, you can't actually speak to anyone with a brain cell at the company (I wonder if the nominated executives actually exist). They just cannot get their systems sorted. Very stressful and the worst I have come across (and I had an account with TalkTalk!). Complete incompetence from their own call centre people who never followed up despite confirmation that the bill had been paid on time. This appears to be the way they treat customers leaving them. I WILL NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THEM.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE - NO MATTER WHAT THE DEALS OFFERED, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE DEALING WITH THEM
