any suggestions for a cheaper lever propeller for wheelchair

Hi I have been looking at the lever propeller for wheelchairs where you have a long lever from the wheels and do a rowing action to move which is easier on the hands but the Nu-Drive is up in the thousands which is way out of my purse I am hoping maybe there are cheaper ones around.
