cheapest high street 11-14'' laptop please?

specs are as follows:
14'' screen or UNDER
1 GIG RAM
Vista basic
60gb hd
at least celeron 1.7
Does anywhere high street do this for under £400 please? Don't mind refurbs as long as it ISNT online, couldnt see anything at the main 3 stores. Obv if i had £500 for a better model i would but i haven't, if i can im looking at the £350 mark (gateway do one for 350).
