barclaycard log in problem

Anybody else having problems logging in to barclaycard website? For a few days now.

I managed to download the app and log in so my account is fine, but don't want to use the app.

I've been using the Barclaycard website for the past few days (and just now) without an issue.

I'm using Firefox on a couple of different PCs.

OK thanks guys... this is getting stranger.

I am able to log in using the 16-digit card number, but not my username.

I noticed the problem started when the website address recently changed to: https://as2r-cla-bcc4-bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/ecom/as2/initialLogon.do

I had saved the old address to log in which was https://bcol.barclaycard.co.uk/ecom/as2/initialLogon.do and this now redirects to the above.

And yes I also clicked through from the home page just in case this does anything (I have an Australian bank account where you are only able to log in to online banking when you click a button from the home page, which opens a new tab to enter your user/pass, AND you keep the home page tab open! If you close the home page tab then it doesn't work)

Also tried on windows, mac and ipad, several browsers, all with the same result.

I click on "log on" in the top right of https://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal

I use a 9 digit number plus password... The 9 digit number was my "account services ID"

I logged in this morning using my username with no problems (used Firefox)
