spy shredder virus

hi im trying to get rid of this programme on my sisters pc but it keeps come back when i restart her pc cant find it in add/remove! so i deleted it from her progamme file cant anyone help!!!

    you might need to skip the stages 7 and 8 in the manual removal section and just go on to

    9. Delete the following files and folders (Do not be concerned if this folder does not exist):

    C:\Program Files\SpyShredder\

    and carry on to step 20



    then follow the malware sticky at the top of this section

    won't be able to do it all via crossloop as you need to boot into safe mode for the 2nd part

    3. Next, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode by doing the following

    you can install the software and then print the instructions for the rest so she can follow that...

    from my understanding you already deleted the folder
