I have just got a new TV and am having difficulty getting my Freeview box to work.
I can get sound and picture from the TV alone but when I switch my freeview on I can get sound from the TV and a blue screen.
Here is my wire configuration.
External aerial – into the freeview box and then out of freeview in to TV
Scart – TV to Freeview.
Apart from the 2 power cables that is all I have.
Help me to find out what I have done wrong.
Thanks is advance
JOE

Which TV have you got?
Which freeview box is it?
Try taking the aerial from the freeview to the TV out, the scart will do that work0 -
Ariel to Freeview
Freeview Scart to TV
Then tune TV until you find the freeview on screen. I think that sounds about right.0 -

With scart there is no tuning (only RF modulated freeview boxes can be tuned into tv anyway), it comes through one of the AV channels."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

So if I take the aerial from the freeview to the TV out but keep the scart in, it should work?
Off to try, well once Corrie has finished haMax Millionaire191 007:T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T0 -
