Lg washer dryer

Hi I Have the above and it only a week old but it seems not dry clothes even with settings set for 30 min wash dry
Any reason?

The dryer will have broken - most do eventually, mine did last a year though. The washing machine is still going strong 14 years later.

Sometimes there can be a reset button if you take the top off.

On mine machine (not LG), it washes 8 but dries 4KG, you need to check the manual as most other manufactures were like this are like this too.

Also A dedicated drier drier much faster than a dual unit.

Finally, the old dryers just pumped hot air into the clothes which was much more efficient in that 20 mins in my old one and all was dry. The newer condensation drier is no where near as efficient, and after 2 hours of drying the clothes are still fairly damp, but wearable in summer.
