    I emailed them via their appeal form on Sunday with the template letter saying they have 21 days to respond... Do they normally respond quickly or wait until the 21 days are nearly up? Still not heard anything and getting rather racked off by their lack of acknowledgement!
  • I’ve just been through the same thing. Luckily I kept my original ticket, issued by the ticket machine at Brean Leisure Park.
    I refused to pay smart parking & appealed to POPLA. Smart parking withdrew their PCN under appeal. Result!
  • Smart parking have up to 40 days to reply. POPLA took 3 weeks to reply.

    smart have 14 days to respond and 35 days to make a decision under the BPA CoP

    Read again the appeal text that you sent.
    The '21 days' you are now referring to relates to the Section 10 notice you sent under The Data Protection Act.
