Bank smart

I put a claim in with a PPI company called bank smart.
I sent all the information to them, now they are saying I didn't and are saying I owe them.
I now have a debt company calling me...
Can someone please help and advise

You may wish to employ a claims company to put in a complaint to the claims company ;)

Did you sign a contract with them?
What does it say in the contract about them charging you for not following through on the complaint or withholding information?

Many claims companies have a time waster clause. This allows them to charge people who don't tell them the truth or withhold information or create work unnecessarily. This is probably what they are applying to you.

Perhaps if you told us what the CMC is after and what you supplied and they say you didnt we would be able to help better.

    More info

Failing to follow through on a complaint, such as not escaating it to te FOS means they will charge you.

They are not likely to be charging you for not sending them enough ino.

    More info needed.

They do it routinely and it's why they're currently under investigation by MOJ.

What the OP needs to do is make a formal complaint so they can then take it to the Legal Ombudsman if they need to.
