Paying Debenhams Plus with Credit Card

Does anyone know if I'd be covered by section 75 if purchasing from Debenhams Plus? Never used them before but have seen the CCTV kit that I want to buy and with it being well over £100, I'd like the extra purchase protection, but unsure if this would come under third party selling and therefore not covered?

T&C: 1.1.2 "Seller" means Debenhams Plus, (operated on behalf of Debenhams plc by Buy it Direct, Company Number 04171412, VAT Number GB 721 3118 80) whose registered office is at Unit A, Trident Business Park, Leeds Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
1.1.3 "Contract" means any contract between the Seller and the Customer for the sale and purchase of the Products, subject to and incorporating these conditions;

At the risk of asking the obvious question (in light of the company's name), can you not just buy it direct from Buy It Direct? As mentioned above, they're a specialist retailer in their own right, so it's not clear to me what Debenhams are adding, other than the potential to affect s75 rights....

I'm only guessing here, but I'd say no. It's probably similar to PayPal etc. Debenhams are generally pretty good though with returns. You could always try a different credit card (although it won't give you the 10% off welcome bonus), or simply ask them.
If you do use a credit card, remember to register it with Quidco for your instore cashback.

Thank you for your replies, it seems that you can't buy direct with buy it direct! They own laptops direct etc, so I decided against Debenhams Plus in the end and went into a Maplins store. I didn't know that one had opened so it was quite fortuitous.
