The test case has a date for jan 14th 2008....in some oppinions it could go on for at least five years...and knowing the banking solicitors they will try anything to delay and unfortunately it isnt just one bank in this case..its several.

hi lindilou, thanx for that....if it goes on for 5yrs, will be claiming the last 6yrs charges still, as in new claims like mine...?... just a thought..
yeah i spose it would be 6yrs from when you make the claim, no matter how long this goes on for...but if it goes on 5yrs, and we claim 6 yrs back from now, does it mean they will get away with unfair charges that they continue to make over the nxt 5yrs........???

  • If your claim is already in the court system then you wont be time barred, I have posted an update in the oft test case discussion thread on the last page at least I think its that thread, i will check and edit this post if am wrong, where your current charges are concerned you will need to do a reclaim but in the post i put forward which is a web address this will explain alot more. Thought I might be wrong its on last page of the view on the oft/bank announcement, second sticky from the top.
