Painting over mould and bedroom advice

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help. I recently solved the issue of mould and damp in my bedroom. I am now in the process of painting my bedroom and redecorating because the damp has completely dried out.
Can anyone provide some advice as to how I should tackle this painting and redecorating job? Are there any specific things I should consider when painting over the mould and damp?

Scrub the affected area down with a dilute solution of bleach and then wash down with sugar soap solution. Let the wall dry out thoroughly and then use a stain blocking paint - Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is often recommended for this type of work.

If the wall is dry, you should be fine with the aforementioned bleach wash, then a straight paint.

Check the ventilation of the room also, use a dehumidifier when the weather is damp.

Dont dry clothes on radiators, keep the bathroom door shut after showering.

I use a damp sealant paint (to stop problem recurring) and you can buy mould resistant additives to put into your choice of paint or mould resistant paints.

If there is a stain, you will need paints like this or the stain will come through again, and these methods help make sure the damp doesn't recur depending on what you've done to deal with the problem.
