Passport Question?

I just realised my passport is going to expire on the 20th of this month...Will there be a fine or extra cost in obtaining a new one if I miss this deadline?

Also, would I need to send my current one back for the renewal?

Many Thanks

but until you have a valid passport you cannot travel - fill in an application form and send it along with your passport 2 identical photos and the fee

For appointments, be aware that you have to book in advance but if you have all the details required on the day then it's super quick.

I got my new passport in April on the same day and a nice jumbo sized one as well. Hefty amount to pay but thankfully the company paid for it
