Changed to Plusnet - now getting billed by sky

Hi,

I used MSE to get the deal on switching my Broadband and Phone from Sky at £30 ppm to Plusnet at £19.99 with £50 money back. Sky did send us a letter saying they knew we had canceled but have proceeded to bill us for the next 30 days.

Any Suggestions? Their website is purposefully difficult to navigate.

Is this an example of them being difficult on purpose - or just uselessness?
