Using Windows 10, suddenly all of my outgoing emails are taking up to 5 days to arrive at destination. Any ideas anyone?

Go and visit the person you are emailing?

Is the mailing sitting in your Outbox or does it go straight to Sent ?
Does it happen to all mail small or large (big attachments)?
Does it happen to all the people you send to or just @btinternet.com (for example)?0
