PPI Advice

Hello gurus!

I most likely had ppi with MBNA and barclayloan on some loans in the past. Certainly over 6 years ago and I have no paperwork.

Both websites have claim forms on them, am I best to use that or one of template letters on here?

Use what you like. They are all variations of the same thing.

Thanks for the constructive and helpful post! I'm almost certain I had it, and if I did it was mis-sold, I just no longer posses the paperwork.

Fall into a category that would be excluded from claiming.

I'm sure I had it, but as I don't have the loan documents I cannot say for definite without the originals.

Perhaps I should have been clearer in my grammar. I know I had it, but I can't prove I had it as I no longer have the paperwork.
