Warranty beware

How would you expect the garage to know whether the fault was a warrantable one without time to diagnose it?


Would you consider it fair if the garage were to spend an hour diagnosing a fault for free, only to find it were not covered by the warranty, and for you the customer to then decide to fix it yourself?

Yes they do. It's quite clear on their website and in their policy summaries which are all over their website. I'm not even a customer and I found them within minutes of looking. Did you read the documents before signing them?
