Lloyds and Google Chrome

Since Sunday when I made some payments, my statement is not only not showing the transactions, but also the balances do not balance. Having contacted Lloyds today, I was told they are having issues with Google Chrome messing up some people's statements. I was told to open the lloyds website in Internet Explorer instead and that worked correctly.

They are working on the issue but no idea of how long it will take.

Just check your balances are correct on your statement.

No issues with me when using Chrome. I did notice that when I executed a payments online it put the password in automatically without me having to. However this week this has ceased so perhaps there was some kind of glitch.
