Tesco Club Card Credit Card Debited twice by DD

Just notice Tesco credit card debited twice this month for my DD payment. Called them and got refund.

It seems they knew the system problem.

So if anyone doesn't check their bank account yet, better take a look, in case go overdraft.

did you get an instant refund? I phoned this morning and was told the money would be refunded by Friday ! They did say they would cover any charges that are incurred.

I called them yesterday. Was told that money would be refunded in the mid-night (last night). No sign of any credit yet on bank account or credit card account. I think it might take at least 3 working days to arrive. Yes, they did mention that they would cover any charges. In my case, none. But I lost £100 interest (6.3%) for a week. And two phone calls. I guess it might be less than a pound.
