I own a property and the mortgage is due to be renewed in a few months. So i need to decide what to do.
Situation:-
mortgage balance 83,200
Property value 130,000
Personal debt amount 25k (between the two of us)
What i want to know is, can i take a mortage out incorporating the debt so we can get it all paid off and just pay the mortgage? Or do i need to sell the house and move, pay the debt of and start all over again.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Yes as long as your income supports the level of mortgage you want and the valuation comes back OK.0
