Faulty item - Hong Kong head office - return & refund

Hi all,
I'm looking for advice with an online purchase of prescription sunglasses.
The website is .co.uk, the order was sent from HK & head office is in Hong Kong, I've just found out.
They eventually sent the sunglasses, problems with delivery & rude customer service, then when finally received, the prescription is wrong.
Have emailed requesting a refund as have had enough. However as they were sent from Hong kong, what are my rights in regard to liability for return postage & getting a refund rather than a replacement. Their T&C's state I'm only entitled to a replacement.
I did check the trust pilot reviews before ordering but have since found some bad ones. More fool me.
Any help greatly appreciated.
TIA

Well if they are in Hong Kong with no UK presence you don't have much hope of forcing them, how did you pay?0

I'm afraid you're bound by their T&Cs and the law of Hong Kong.
Depending on how you paid your bank may be able to help with a refund given the item isn't as described.0
