How far did it get in the OS loading process? Was it fairly consistent or did it vary in how long it would operate before failing?
I agree with AndyPix, it'll be some sort of driver or hardware issue, they've probably installed a driver that isn't compatible with W10. Did you try booting in safe mode at all?0
