Good evening, and thanks in advance.
I have this evening made 2 changes to my claim.
1. Removed my daughter (31/08/2107) as she has left for University
2. Updated my estimated income to £16,725 (from £12k) as I have started a new full time job, also (31/08/2107)
I understand that I am no longer entitled to Child Tax Credit, and I think I may no longer be entitled to Working Tax Credit either.
I would be grateful if someone more knowledgeable could clarify?
What is the position regarding Tax Credits already claimed this year? I was entitled to them at the point of claiming.
Kind regards,
BiB

The first £2,500 will be disregarded so you'll be treated as earning £14,225. This income would be too high for WTC only claims (unless disabled).
The income is applied to the whole claim.0 -
Thanks Darksparkle - does this mean I'd have to repay WTC since April?DF
