Experian/ Equifax showing different things

Hi all
Looking for some advice. I have recently downloaded my credit report with both Experian and Equifax. I have three defaults in total from a shared work rental 3 years ago where the flat mate didn't pay the bills he should have done. These were in a joint name so tarnished my report!
I have two defaults with British gas £140 and £301 for gas and electricity this is only showing on Experian And one with United Utilities for £87 which only shows with Equifax.
Does anyone know why they don't both show the same?
Thanks in advance
