Painting and Lighting Quote...

Options
Hi

First post hopefully in the right section.

What should I be expecting to pay for the following work:

• Take off 2 wall lights and plaster over
• Take off old thermostat and plaster over
• Paint walls living + kitchen (Paint Provided)
• Change 5 wall sockets (Sockets Provided)
• Change 3 light switches (Switches Provided)
• Install 2 ceiling lights in place of old one (Lights Provided)

Got someone coming around on Tuesday, anything that I should be asking/should know?
I am based in the midland, what would be a fair price for all the work?

Thanks.

Most of this is for an electrician.

A decent decorator will 'make good' where the lights and thermostat has been removed.

Its probably up to £200 for the electrician.

In terms of decorating, I haven't developed my telepathy yet so have no idea as to sizes, condition of walls, whether paper needs to be removed etc.
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.
  • Sorry forgot to add, total area to paint is 114m² .

    Just measured it!
