TV Repair refund

Hi, I took my TV to repaired, i collected it on friday and told it was fixed, paid £50. Today (2 days after repair) the TV has exactly the same fault. Am i entitled to a full refund?

  • Speak to the repairer and tell them their repair has failed and take it from there. It may be that one component has failed due to another being faulty. Keep it friendly...no need to go in all guns blazing demanding a refund.

No, in all but the most exceptional circumstances you need to give them one opportunity to rectify the problem.

If that also fails then probably you would be entitled to a refund.
