    Seventh Anniversary 100 Posts
    I recently spoke to some one at the council and they told me it's hard to get one without having higher rate mobility. Maybe I will apply and see what happens his paediatric says he should be entitled to one.

    You should certainly appeal.
    Also look into your councils criteria in detail, and highlight where you think your son qualifies.
    And if you have evidence (perhaps ask that Dr for a letter of support) then that is even better.
