Wool for pom poms

Hi. Im wantig to decorate my daughters bedroom in peppa pig. So i was wanting to make her a couple of pom pom rugs in the shape of muddy puddles ( as i cant find one to buy) does anyone know where i could buy cheap brown wool. Im going to need alot. And i dont want to spend a huge amount. :p carrie xx

    Poundland and Poundworld both have wool at £1 and 3 for 2. Are you making them old style using cardboard rings? I use the plastic makers they are so quick. If you are making lots of small ones you can use a fork or around the legs of a chair. Google is your friend.

    If you can't find brown wool what about a brown rag rug?

    See if your local charity shop has any old sweaters in good condition - then unravel the wool and use that.
