Moving problems

I have had my house up for sale since April of this year. I have only had 4 people view my house. there is nothing wrong with it. Its tidy, clean and is at a good price. The house couple of doors up has sold, and it was up for 8K more then mine!
Do you think this could all be down to the estate agent?

Where are they advertising it? What has the EA said when you discuss? Have you spoken to other EAs?

But price is usually the problem.

What differences are there between yours and the one that sold?

It is usually down to the price. If your agent advertises on a site like Rightmove then it is unlikely to be the agent. Agents can't force people to view a property.

Drop your price and they will come.

Add a link to the for feedback, put spaces in between the link as a newbie you can't post one. Also be warned t expect both good and bad feedback - at your own risk if you d post it.

It won't allow you to post a link.

That's why you must insert some spaces so the system no longer recognises it as a link. We can remove the spaces to follow the link.
  • It has got clever! I have put lots of spaces in, and still knows what I am up to!!
I am on rightmove, Holton le clay in Grimsby. Mine is up for £124K with Crofts estate agents
