How long does it take to produce final bill?
Options
Hi, I switched from Bristol Energy to Co-op late in June and have yet to receive a final statement from Bristol Energy. I rang a few weeks back to chase and they said it can take a few weeks but would try to hurry it along. Still nothing two months since the switch completed. Should I raise a complaint or is this a normal length of time?
