It said the same thing last month but there never was a twitter post.
As I said on last months post "I suspect that is a hangover from last Septembers competition as posted HERE and that they have just missed out on updating the text." I suggest you complete the entry form anyway.
It doesn't mention Twitter in the actual T&C's or in their newsletter.

I completed the form and have had an email from them saying "Thank you for entering the Ogilvys Competition – winners will be announced after the competition closes. Good luck!"
