Check that contract for permission to pursue charges to court in their own right. A quick scan does not show it, to my eyes. Then check what the IPC Code of Practice says about having this permission granted by the contract principal, before a PPC can pursue to court.

It may not be the same as the BPA Code of Practice - but worth you checking out.

Report to your MP. Also legislation has now passed through parliament stopping this extortion. Hon Greg Knight`s bill. Take the gutter snipes the DVLA to task. Ask why they are selling your personal details to private land owners? Only emergency services should have access. It is not the DVLA`s remit to police private land. This opens the door to you being scammed and help`s ID theft. Set of prats. I will find the directors of the DVLA and put their details on a social web site. See how they like it. was also wondering how much P&D machines and ANPR cameras cost!!!

I have made up eight files and sent them to my MP, DVLA, Halifax chamber of commerce ( Who have lost our trade ), The daily Mail who have been highlighting these Scammers, the Sun, the Express, Yorkshire chamber of commerce, ETC. If you can think of anyone else send on. GL in your fight with these despicable parasites.
