Fitting a pump

Can I fit a pump to the hot water pipe which runs FROM my combi boiler to the kitchen ? I is a long run and I have to run off a lot of water before it warms up.

And fitting a pump will not change the amount of cooler water that needs to be run off first. Insulating the pipes will make a small difference in how fast the water cools down, but won't alleviate the problem - Only shortening the length of pipe will do that.
Fitting an instant water heater in the kitchen would work and wouldn't cost much more than fitting a pump. It would also save a little bit in energy as you won't be filling the pipes with hot water and watching it go cold only to run it off to get another dose of hot water.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
